Gift Aid declaration form

A Gift Aid declaration allows Coram to claim tax back on eligible donations. It means that for every £1 you donate to Coram we can claim back 25p, at no extra cost to you. This means your gifts go further and help even more vulnerable children.

Please fill in our short form to make your Gift Aid declaration online.

When to contact Coram

Please notify Coram if you:

  • want to cancel this declaration
  • change your name or home address
  • no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains

Higher rate tax payers

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.

By ticking the "Yes" box, I agree I would like Coram to reclaim the tax on all qualifying donations I have made, as well as any future donations, until I notify them otherwise. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year I may be asked to pay any difference. I understand that Coram will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give.
Please tick the options below if you would like to receive updates and see the huge difference your support is making to vulnerable children.
