Tribute to our CoramBAAF colleague Roana Roach published in the Guardian

Shaila Shah, former managing director of CoramBAAF has written the tribute to Roana, describing her as an “inspirational trainer” with an “unstinting commitment to children living in care or on the edge of care”.

The obituary recognises Roana’s particular dedication to helping black and minority ethnic (BAME) children. She also set up one of the first support groups for BAME adopters, who benefited from her valuable advice and skills.
