This is just one figure featured in Coram Voice’s latest Impact Report (2014-2015).
The report also highlights how 199 children & young people were supported at Secure Accommodation Reviews or with Children Act Complaints.
It contains other highlights from the year inluding real life case studies and the pilot of the ‘Your Life, Your Care’ survey which is the latest stage of the Bright Spots project, and ‘The Door Is Closed’ report focussing on the failure of many Local Authorities to comply with their legal duties towards children and young people who find themselves homeless or at risk of homelessness.
In 2015-2016, Coram Voice has pledged to provide direct support to at least 3,700 children and young people – including 350 homeless children and young people.
