The annual event is lead by a number of cross sector organisations including the CVAA and Department for Education. This year the week will explore what modern adoption is and will highlight the challenging journey of adoption and the resilience and emotional strength that people need to be part of it.
We will be sharing open and honest stories from all those involved in adoption – adopted people, adopters, birth familie, adoption agencies and family who have watched loved ones go through the process.
We will be one of the many organisations running a number of events for adopters, potential adopters, adopted people, birth parents and professional during and after National Adoption Week.
