The 'Coram Army' supporting the Mace FoundationKey Coram supporter The Mace Foundation has now donated over £100,000 to help us support vulnerable children and young people.

The leading international construction consultancy, which has been supporting Coram since 2013, recently renewed its partnership with Coram for another three years, pledging all funds raised during this period to Coram Voice, which provides advocacy support to young people in care.

Mace used their 25th birthday celebrations as a catalyst for several sponsored activities which took their donation total over the £100,000 mark. Events comprised inspiring fundraising activities, which encouraged staff members to challenge themselves by taking part in physically demanding activities such as the Race For Mace 5K run in Regents Park, and the Tour De Mace, cycling from Manchester to London. Coram supported these events, sending out the ‘Coram Army’ (pictured above) to cheer on participants, who raised a fantastic £10,000 which was donated to Coram Life Education, pushing Mace’s total donations across the £100,000 threshold.

A Mace Foundation cyclist riding for CoramMace is continuing its support for Coram in a festive fashion, with its ‘Get Christmassy for Coram’ initiative, involving seasonal baking and fancy dress. Our partnership continues to go from strength to strength, and we are already planning next summer’s Gala Dinner at the Foundling Museum.

Thanks so very much to all at Mace for your continued support!
