Take part in charity cycling challenge RideLondon for Coram

  • 17 February 2016

Touted as cycling’s answer to the London Marathon, the ride offers amateur cyclists a chance to pedal the same (traffic-free) roads as professional riders, and is broadcast and national and international television.

A legacy of the 2012 Olympic Games, RideLondon promises to be a world-class festival of cycling, and attracts over 20,000 participants.

Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, Alice Lamb said: “If you’re passionate about cycling and our work with vulnerable children, this is the event for you!

“RideLondon takes over the city for one weekend seeing cyclists pedal past sites such as Big Ben and Buckingham Palace completely traffic-free, as well as getting out into the countryside which lies to the South.

“As the largest adoption charity in London, we’re working to find adoptive families for some of the UK’s most vulnerable children.

“We hope that by offering places on this hugely popular charity cycling event, we’ll inspire our supporters to get on their bikes for Coram and help us do even more for them.”

The event takes place over the weekend of July 30th-31st 2016, and the minimum sponsorship amount is £600. The closing date for applications is May 20th, 2016For more information please contact the challenge team on challengeyourself@coram.org.uk
