In its 275th year, Coram has benefitted over one million children and families through direct support, advocacy, representation, advice and schools-based learning. The Group Digest is a summary of its achievements.
Key Achievements
- Opening the Pears Pavilion as the new centre for creative therapies and adoption support services.
- Coram Cambridgeshire Adoption was established as a new independent adoption agency, created by Coram and Cambridgeshire County Council, with funding from the Department for Education (DfE).
- Coram made 230 placements directly and in partnership, more than any other Independent Adoption Agency.
- The announcement of plans for The Queen Elizabeth II Centre on the Coram Campus, which will house the children’s rights centre and the Rangoonwala Conference & Learning Centre.
