What’s your favourite children’s book?

What was your favourite book growing up? Did you devour The Very Hungry Caterpillar? Or maybe you got lost in Charlotte’s Web. Vote for your favourite book with us and help children today find the joy in reading. When you vote, you will have the chance to win a book bundle for your chosen primary school. 

We want to celebrate the magical experience that reading gives you – the ability to immerse yourself in another world. Coram Beanstalk has given this gift to over 250,000 children across the UK, supporting them with their reading so they don’t get left behind.  

When we read because we want to – not because we are being told to or feel we have to – it makes a big difference to how successful we are in education, how good we feel and how well we do in life.

Terms and Conditions

  1.  Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.
  2.  Entry into the prize draw is open to anyone entering on behalf of any primary school in the UK.
  3.  Any entrants under the age of 18 must seek permission from a parent or Guardian.
  4.  To enter, entrants must complete the ‘favourite childhood book’ voting form via Coram’s website and nominate a primary school which operates in the UK to receive the prize.
  5.  There is one prize consisting of ten books. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize in the unlikely event that the original prize is unavailable. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  6.  One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on or around August 31 2023.
  7.  The winner will be defined as the primary school nominated on the entry form and not the nominees.
  8.  The nominated winning primary school will be contacted by Coram Beanstalk in early September 2023 via the primary school contact details on the drawn entry forms. Winning primary schools will be required to provide a contact name and delivery address for their prize to be sent out.
  9.  Winning primary schools have seven days to claim their prize. If they don’t respond during that time a new winner will be selected.
  10.   By entering the draw, entrants agree that if they win, their details (name and location) may be disclosed to anyone requesting details of the prize winners.
  11.   Details of the winners will be available after 31 August 2023 by sending a stamped address envelope to Coram, 41 Brunswick Square, London WC1N 1AZ
