On Wednesday 15 January 2025, voluntary adoption agencies across the UK will be opening their doors simultaneously to mark Big Adoption Day. We are running two events - a collaboration with the National Theatre and an extended adoption information meeting.

Join us as we delve into Coram Voice’s newly published report, Disability, Disparity and Demand. This event will provide an opportunity to learn and reflect on contemporary experiences of care leavers and care-experienced young people with disabilities. This event is also an opportunity to view an immersive art installation exploring the past and present of the care system.

Come and experience Coram’s new immersive, audio-visual installation, exploring the past and present of the British care system. Using a blend of media, the artwork explores pertinent, timeless questions about the care system, mixing snippets of life from the Foundling Hospital with those of young people in care today.

For National Adoption Week 2024, join us for an in-person screening of a new short film documenting photographer Philip Sinden's search for his birth family. Through this unfiltered and personal lens, Philip invites the audience to join him on a transformative journey.
